I'm working in Prostejov area.
Prostejov radiosonde station is not publicly accessible. It is owned by the military, a ban on entry into the area and airport!
Start radiosonde is 11:15 UTC - local time 13:15

I do not know whether it will allow the work to get there. If so, I would have been where indicated.
