The sonde landed in a park and was hanging from the trees, right next to a walking path... for 13 hours. It's a rather busy park with a kids' playground etc. When I got there, some kids were playing around with the sonde, not knowing what it was. Once they took off I grabbed the sonde. Even managed to get the unwinder and the balloon off the tall trees. The line almost snapped though.
