The max altitude was 5km. I guess they didn't tie the balloon's mouth normally.
The sonde was on a tree next to the street, the balloon was in a private property.
I managed to catch the string on the street and i get the sonde with long struggle,
but the ballon remained on the scene because nobody was at home and the unwinder with the balloon stuck in the vineyard.

I wasn't see any holes of the balloon from the street. I wasn't catch the balloon because nobody was at home. I think they did not tie the throat of the balloon properly. The next time if I happen to find something similar, I'll try to see it. This fault has happened several times recently in Budapest.
